Shipping Policy

Every Cosmic Hero ships from our US warehouse in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times & rates

• US Standard — 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $50, $5 flat rate under.
• US Expedited — 2 business days. $15 flat rate.
• Canada — 5–10 business days. Calculated at checkout.
• International — 7–21 business days. Calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. You can also look up any order on our order lookup page using your order ID and email.

Customs, duties & taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, email support@cosmicheroes.shop with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address you provided incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
