Shipping Policy

Every Cosmic Hero ships from our US warehouse in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. We deliver to over 150 countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times & rates

Choose your destination country in the cart and your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay. Rates below are for one hero; each additional hero in the same order adds a small amount rather than a second full shipping charge.

• United States — Standard $5.99, 3–5 business days. Free on orders over $50. Expedited $14.99, 1–2 business days.
• Canada — $18.99, 4–10 business days.
• UK & Europe (including Germany) — Standard $26.99, 7–16 business days. Express tracked $44.99, 3–6 business days.
• Australia, New Zealand & Japan — $29.99, 8–18 business days.
• Rest of world — $34.99, 10–25 business days.

International rates reflect what carriers actually charge us to move a tracked parcel across the ocean — we don't mark shipping up as a profit line.

Tracking

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. You can also look up any order on our order lookup page using your order ID and email.

Customs, duties & taxes

US sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout. For international orders, our prices do not include your country's import VAT, GST, duties, or carrier handling fees. In the EU and UK, VAT (typically 19–25%) is collected by the carrier before delivery; customs duty generally applies only above €150. These charges are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Countries we can't reach

A small number of destinations are unavailable due to trade restrictions or carrier limitations. If your country isn't listed in the cart, email support@cosmicheroes.shop and we'll see what's possible.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package hasn't arrived within 7 business days of the expected delivery date, email support@cosmicheroes.shop with your order number and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for packages sent to an address you provided incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
